Délicat en entrée de bouche, moelleux au milieu, sans cesse juteux, le vin fond au palais avant de prendre de la puissance et du gras dans la persistance. Il y a dans ce vin une précision aromatique hors pair qui modifie la perception de la structure elle-même. C'est passionnant à observer.
