The 2022 G D'Estournel has lots of up-front darker plum and currant fruit as well as medium to full-bodied richness, a round, supple, elegant mouthfeel, and classic Médoc notes of tobacco, sappy herbs, and earth. It's the finest vintage of this release I've tasted.
